Deposit & Cancellation Policy

• A deposit may be required to reserve your lawn service appointment.
• Deposits are refundable only if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled service window.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service are non-refundable, since the time slot has already been reserved and may not be replaceable.
• You may reschedule one time without losing your deposit if the request is made at least 24 hours before service.
• If Grass Cutter Life must cancel or reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or scheduling conflicts, you may choose either a full deposit refund or a new available service date.

Weather Policy

If service cannot be completed due to rain, unsafe conditions, wet ground, or severe weather, Grass Cutter Life will reschedule for the next available weekend opening. If we cannot offer a reasonable reschedule, your deposit will be refunded.
